Terms of Service


  1. All the business and operations shall be processed by mutual agreement or contract.
  2. Any matter related to financial issues shall be solved by mutual discussion.
  3. Any discussion shall be fixed by the MOM or as agreed by the parties.
  4. Use of data during the research shall be done as per the local laws and aspirations.
  5. Any investors or financiers are welcome for academic research, but MIR has the right to accept or reject the concerned party.
  6. All parties involved shall maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business and research data unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  7. Any disputes arising from the agreement shall be resolved through mutual negotiation, and if unresolved, shall be settled as per applicable legal provisions.
  8. Intellectual property rights of any research or business output shall remain with the original contributors unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
  9. Any modifications or amendments to the agreement shall be made in writing and signed by all concerned parties before implementation.
  10. Compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements shall be mandatory for all activities conducted under the agreement.
